The Spring Water Series consists of seventeen new original oil paintings by G Baron. Water reflections at locations within three or four miles of Carriage Hill Farm served as the inspiration for this series.

Beauty and truth are all around us. But we pass by it occupied as we are with all the important things of our lives. Art is seeing. Art induces me to see the so much more that is there. This pond is an example. Located just off the road at Bayview airport, cars drive by within a few feet and planes fly overhead. Yet, it is a place of quiet haven for the ducks and geese who make their year-round homes here. The wispy grasses, caught in single free strokes of a brush, along with the reflected sky, clouds and waterside plants with the multiple hues of blue represent the beauty that is there for us to grasp. If only we will stop for a moment. Below is a video slide show with the entire series, plus a video painting demonstration completing one of the paintings in the series.
