1936 was the last year of wood framed cars for Chevrolet.  Not only does one have to be good at metal work when restoring an early Chevrolet one also has to be a carpenter.  This car had much work done to the doors to stop them from sagging.   Think of the doors much like that old screen door.  Lots of things were changing about 1936 too.  Soon to be gone were tube rear ends and soon all cars would have hydraulic brakes.
