Canning Classes Coming Soon

Our future plans include adding a commercial kitchen.  This kitchen will serve many purposes.  We will offer canning classes hosted by guest instructors to allow our guests to preserve the bounty of the Skagit Valley.  The kitchen will also allow caterers to prepare food for events in the barn.  It can also be rented fro people to do home canning when the space in their home does not allow.  Of course all this is pending County approval.
